-RETURNS
Returns are gladly accepted. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate the return process.
Please note that, due to the nature of these items, custom or personalised orders are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
-CONDITIONS OF RETURN
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. Items must be returned in their original condition; should an item be returned in a condition other than as received, the buyer will be responsible for any resulting loss in value.
Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and carefully inspected.
