When I become a mother I quit my job to be at home raising my daughter, which has been one of the best decisions of my life. This does not mean motherhood has been easy. There were days when I was feeling anxious and kind of lost, I have always been a creative and artistic person so I felt the need to do something about my anxiety, keeping my hands busy has always helped me with it so that is when Blóm Creative Studio was born.

Blóm means flower in icelandic so I decided to named my creative space like it as a reminder that no matter how hard the winter is, summer will come and with it the flowers that will keep blooming and bring us joy. 

Blóm Creative Studio is a creative space where ideas come to life, hands can design and work. My main goal is  to share the joy of embroidery with you! To help you find peace through this art while also helping you to discover the joy of creating things with your own hands!
