At Blóm, every stitch tells a story. As an art conservator, I spent years preserving masterpieces and their histories. Today, my hand-embroidered creations carry that same devotion—each thread a delicate bridge connecting art, history, and you.

 

Motherhood brought a season of transformation, a pause from my career, and a deeper understanding of patience, care, and presence. In quiet moments, I returned to creating with my hands, discovering serenity and joy in every meticulous stitch. From this need to create, to breathe, to bloom once more, Blóm Creative Studio was born.

 

Blóm—“flower” in Icelandic—was inspired by my time in Iceland, a land of luminous light, resilient landscapes, and understated strength. It is a reminder that even after the longest winter, beauty inevitably returns.
