What are the payment options?
Currently, we accept payments via venmo.
Shipping
We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $40. I ship within the US using USPS Ground Advantage service. Once your order has been mailed out, an email will be sent to you with the package tracking number.
Please note that I am not held responsible for any lost or stolen mail. Occasionally mail takes longer to arrive due to circumstances outside of my control. No refunds will be issued for delayed mail. Please make sure your address is correct.
Embroidery Care instructions
Embroidery hoops, necklaces and earrings cannot be washed. Please keep them dry and away from anything that could potentially stain the fabric. Keep the tension on the hoop tight- don’t unscrew the top. If at some point your hoop surface gets dusty, simply run a lint roller over it to freshen it up.
Custom and personalized orders
*I do offer custom orders. How does it work??We will work together through the entire process! From your idea to the final design. Once the designs is ready and confirmed by the customer, I will star stitching it.
*How long does it take me to finish your order??Embroidery is a slow craft, it takes time, patience and love this is what makes it special! so keeping this in mind and according the size of your order (hoop, earrings or necklace) having your order ready will take me between 3 to 5 weeks.
*Do you like an existing pattern in my product catalog but you would like to make some changes in order to make it more personalized?? That is totally fine!! We can choose a different color of thread, fabric, or hoop size. I’ll be happy to help you to personalize the piece of your dreams!
